Terms of Service
These terms apply to Klerio Stocky Rescue Pack services sold by EcSeCorp for Shopify POS merchants that need a Stocky dependency diagnostic, audit, or scoped migration kickoff.

Stocky Diagnostic and Stocky Audit are paid review services. They cover intake review, risk assessment, evidence review, and the merchant-facing summary described on the Klerio landing page.
Public checkout is used after intake for approved Diagnostic or Audit payments. Checkout details, customer information, payment status, and order identifiers may be processed by Lemon Squeezy to complete the purchase.
Migration Pack Deposit is not an open first purchase. It is requested only after the merchant accepts the audit summary, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and owner list.
Klerio does not promise automatic Stocky extraction, Shopify API implementation, replacement-app setup, custom SaaS buildout, recurring aftercare, or an open-ended migration unless a separate accepted scope says so.
The merchant must provide accurate store, contact, workflow, and evidence information. Delivery timing starts when requested information is complete enough for review.
EcSeCorp may decline, pause, or refund work when the request is outside the Stocky Rescue Pack scope, when evidence is unavailable, or when the merchant requests implementation before the audit scope is accepted.
