Klerio collects only the information EcSeCorp needs to review Stocky-dependent workflows, communicate with the merchant, and confirm Lemon checkout status for paid services.

We collect store name, Shopify store URL, contact name, email, SKU and location counts, Stocky workflow usage, pain points, consent timestamp, risk score, recommended package, and payment status when checkout is used.
EcSeCorp uses this information to score Stocky migration risk, prepare the Diagnostic or Audit, send evidence requests, build the audit summary, and decide whether a Migration Pack scope is appropriate.
When a merchant pays through Lemon checkout, Lemon Squeezy processes payment details. Klerio stores operational payment metadata such as offer key, status, order identifiers, amount, and checkout return state.
The public intake does not require Shopify credentials or API access. If implementation later requires credentials, that access must be scoped and accepted separately.
Audit and payment records are kept while needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling, and operational history. A merchant can request correction or deletion when retention is no longer required.
Privacy, correction, or deletion requests should be sent to soporte@ecsecorp.com with the store name and the email used for the Stocky Rescue Pack engagement.
