Refund and Delivery Policy
This policy explains how EcSeCorp delivers Klerio Stocky Rescue Pack services and how refunds are handled for Lemon checkout payments.

Stocky Diagnostic is delivered as a short risk review and action plan within 48-72h after intake and enough sample evidence are received.
Stocky Audit is delivered as a merchant-facing audit summary, checklist, recommendation, quote guidance, and handoff within 3-5 business days after kickoff and requested evidence are complete.
Migration Pack Deposit is collected only after the audit summary, assumptions, exclusions, and scope are accepted. It reserves scoped kickoff work; it does not buy an undefined migration or recurring support.
If EcSeCorp has not started the paid review, the merchant can request a refund at soporte@ecsecorp.com. Once review work has started, refunds are evaluated based on delivered work, evidence availability, and whether the request moved outside accepted scope.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy when the original payment used Lemon checkout. Include the store name and Lemon order email in the request; processing timing can depend on Lemon Squeezy and the card network.
Automatic Stocky extraction, Shopify API work, replacement-app configuration, full rebuilds, and aftercare are not included unless EcSeCorp and the merchant accept a separate written scope.
